Tis the week

A lot going on this week. Working. Lots to do.
I’m too sensitive. Too easily rattled.
I’d like to just be. And lament nothing.
Trust in the Lord with all my heart, lean not on my own understanding.
I’d like to not think about girls and dating. Only hurts to do so. Maybe one day…

Simplicity

I read about simplicity this past week. A child trusts, simply, as we are to trust our Lord, that there will be food to eat, shelter, that things will be taken care of for tomorrow.

Just talked with my mom. Truthful talk. I’ve come so far, yet it seems like I’ve so far yet to go. Words bring healing…while also further chipping away at my walls. I’m unsettled, I’m undone.
