“I, like God, do not play with dice and do not believe in coincidence.”

After college, I had a fair amount of idealism and vision and ideas for the future. Not everything has gone according to, well, plan. Yet, some plans have come to fruition, though not by my, well, plan. The realization last night though, is that college was this intense experience where I had to learn a lot really fast, yet still had lots of room to mature, lots to experience, and I’ve been using that as my baseline. When I think of myself before college though, wow, did I ever have a lot to learn about life, about myself, about most everything, and to say I was behind in many respects would be accurate. Now, I’m here, and I’ve achieved things, I’ve become, more than I ever thought I would, more than I knew to dream. So, in truth, God has been good to me. Yes, I’m not as far as I could be, but considering where I started, I’m thankful.

Went swing dancing tonight. Was hesitant at first, like I have been every time. Though I had a good 24 hours, I questioned how the night would go. The night was divine, the world looks different, I’m different, and tomorrow looks beautiful.

FYI. The title is a quote from V for Vendetta, just sounds cool.
