Humility

The past week has been very humbling. Definitions differ. There is one that says it is seeing myself and things around me as they really are. Humility is knowing my weaknesses AND my strengths. In that sense, perhaps it isn’t humility, since my weaknesses are more apparent to me at the moment, and my strengths are nebulous. There is a lot I try to be, and so far to get there it seems, and sometimes, for all my effort, I’m not all that. Sigh.

Need to write an email. Need to do research for the email first. Need to finish my tea. Need to go to bed.
