Time Passes…
Well, so much for my series on life after New Zealand. A month has gone by since my last post. Yikes! In my defense, I have had a LOT on my mind.
First, I have been my fair share of work, which means I am on the computer a lot already.
Second, I do a fair bit at the local coffee house, including organizing an art event called cosmos in chaos, running sound for concerts, re-doing my church’s website, and upgrading our computers, among other things, including being a Barista on Wednesday evenings.
Third, Fantasy Football takes up some time, doing research and drafts, but it’s lots of fun.
Fourth, I have been researching investing and business. After a lifetime of not caring about such things, I am now very interested.
Fifth, watching a Netflix movie or two. So far, I have watched Plan 9 from Outer Space, Forgotten Silver (now have seen the last 6 Peter Jackson films), and First Daughter (with the ever-s0-cute Katie Holmes, who I first noticed in Wonders Boys, and hometown boy Marc Blucas, who grew up about 5 miles from me).
Sixth, I’ve been playing tennis once a week with a friend.
I’ll be heading home to Pennsylvania for a few weeks to see family & friends, pickup some belongings, and help around the house.
Hopefully my next post will be a little sooner. Cheers!
