Turning 30
I’ve hit that mark, the one that strikes terr0r into the hearts of many. It is a benchmark, the time to evaluate our dreams, and realize how far off we all are. The idealistic threads I wove, and that were woven into me have created a portrait I can’t recognize, nor understand. Perhaps I’ve found life again, or maybe just ceased dying, but there is strength, along with the continued uncertainty. No career, no spouse, no home. But there is growth, and perhaps that is the only benchmark that matters.
