Home Again
Well, I have made it home. Left Tuesday morning about 8:30AM MST, decided to try and make it past Chicago, as I didn’t like the idea of taking my trailer through Chicago traffic. Well, with a 4×8 U-Haul trailer, I probably went an average speed of 60mph. Well, I made it to an Indiana rest stop at 3:30AM MST, which is 5:30AM EST. Thus, I broke my record for a single day of driving, by going 19 hours. Thought I would be able to rest in my car for awhile, but the sun came out early in Indiana and started beating on my car. In the process, the car heated up, and it was impossible to sleep, so I got up, and continued driving at 9:45AM EST. I arrived at my parent’s house just after 5:00PM EST. My computer is now hooked up to the network so I can look for a job. While I know things will work out, I’m a little apprehensive. Not because I doubt I’ll found a job or housing, but because I don’t see the why of it all. I don’t know what God’s purposes are, and hence, what I am doing here. It feels wierd. Well, I guess there’s enough to think about today, and I’ll concern myself with that…
