Another month goes by

My intention is to write a little more often than once a month. And so it goes. Life is good. For those who like to ski, today would be an especially good day, as it is snowing cats and dogs (if that’s possible). I hope to try skiing out at some point, maybe. Until then, I can’t be as excited about getting lots of snow, though I admit it looks cool.

Watched a few episodes of Stargate SG-1 today. Cleaned my fish tank, which amazingly still has living, breathing fish after several months. I got my portable water filter I bought off Sierra Trading Post today, which I’m really happy to finally have. It’s the MSR MiniWorks. When hiking up in the mountains, and in some remote part of the world, it’s good to have pump to make river water safe to drink. Hmmm. Could use it on my fish tank water in a pinch…
